Miroma Group has acquired a majority stake in Ad Results Media (ARM), one of the world’s leading creator, audio and performance media agencies, in a deal that marks the group’s largest expansion into the United States to date.
The acquisition sees Miroma purchase a controlling interest in ARM from investment firm Shamrock Capital, which will retain a minority stake in the business.
Founded as a specialist in creator, podcast, audio and performance media, ARM works with major brands including FanDuel, Molson Coors and ZipRecruiter. The addition of ARM’s offices in New York, Houston and Los Angeles significantly strengthens Miroma’s presence in the U.S. market and increases the group’s annual media investment.
The move further enhances Miroma’s position at the intersection of media, entertainment and the creator economy, as brands increasingly look to creators and trusted voices to build meaningful connections with audiences.
“Creators have become one of the most powerful forces in modern media, and the convergence of audio, video and social is at the heart of that transformation,” said Marc Boyan, Founder and CEO of Miroma Group. “ARM has built one of the world’s leading creator and audio businesses, helping brands connect with audiences through the creators and voices they trust most. Bringing ARM into Miroma strengthens our position as a global leader in media, entertainment and the creator economy, while creating a platform that helps both brands and creators grow.”
ARM is recognised as one of the largest buyers of creator, audio and podcast media globally, helping brands reach audiences across podcasts, YouTube, streaming platforms, radio and social channels. The agency has built a strong reputation for combining creator partnerships with data-driven strategy, planning, buying, measurement and optimisation.
The acquisition brings ARM into Miroma’s portfolio of more than two dozen specialist businesses spanning entertainment, media, creative, technology and performance marketing.
Jordan Fox, CEO of ARM, said the partnership would create new opportunities for clients, creators and employees alike.
“ARM has an established leadership position in creator and audio media, and Miroma is the natural partner for our next phase,” Fox said. “Joining the group opens up new opportunities for our clients and partners, while allowing us to leverage Miroma’s global scale and breadth of service-led capabilities. Marc and his team have built an incredible business that I’ve admired for years, and together we’ll accelerate ARM’s growth.”
Jordan Fox will continue to lead ARM as CEO following the transaction. Shamrock Capital’s decision to retain a minority stake reflects its continued confidence in the agency’s long-term growth and future under Miroma’s ownership.
The acquisition represents another significant milestone in Miroma’s international growth strategy and reinforces the group’s commitment to building market leading capabilities across media, entertainment and the rapidly evolving creator economy.
